Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
• One year banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling customers’ transactional needs.
• Answers customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests.
• Develops relationships with customers and remains informed about their banking needs.
• Educates customers on consumer products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assists team with basic tasks to aid in problem resolution.
• Refers customers to internal experts for complex financial goals.
• Follows bank procedures and ensures sound banking practices and compliance.
• Works to achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and meet financial needs.
