Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily banking needs including deposits and withdrawals.
• Build and enhance customer relationships by solving issues and advising on financial options.
• Guide customers through account openings and applications and set expectations for managing finances.
• Maintain a neat, secure work area and protect confidential records.
• Adhere to Mascoma Bank policies and procedures, including BSA/CIP and OFAC monitoring.
• Deliver first-contact resolution and exceptional customer service.
