This role delivers high-quality customer service, processes banking transactions, opens deposit accounts, and assists with loan applications while building lasting client relationships in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will engage customers, identify their financial needs, promote digital solutions, and work toward branch sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• A minimum of one (1) year of customer service, sales, banking, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, relationship-focused banking center.
• Proactively engage clients to understand financial needs and recommend products and digital solutions.
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns within scope of authority.
• Maintain accurate client records and support relationship management.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other banking transactions.
• Open new accounts and process loan applications for clients.
• Use CRM and sales tools to document client interactions and incentive activity.
• Support branch operations and compliance with internal controls.
