Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Experience building client relationships and knowledge of digital banking products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
