Ideal candidates have teller, limited banking, or retail sales experience and seek growth, development, and upward mobility with a focus on personalized service and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent customer experience on the cash line, handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Answers customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests.
• Develops relationships with customers, staying informed about their banking relationship.
• Educates customers on digital banking solutions such as mobile and online banking.
• Assists branch and team members with basic tasks to aid in customer problem resolution.
• Refers customers to internal experts for more complex financial goals and needs.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations, including risk management.
• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and meeting financial needs.
