Qualifications

• Six months' cash handling experience preferred.

• Prior customer relationship building experience.
• Cyber security awareness is required to protect the bank and customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops rapport with customers and greets by name; handles inquiries and resolves problems.
• Performs daily banking transactions: deposits, loan payments, cash checks, money orders.
• Safeguards customer confidentiality and complies with policies.
• Grows knowledge of bank products and services and seeks development help when needed.
• Participates in meetings and coaching sessions; engages in community events.
• Executes additional duties as assigned.
