Job summary

The role also serves as a mentor to RB I and RB II staff, supporting staff development and ensuring adherence to bank policies. The position emphasizes customer relationships and product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years banking experience
• Ability to mentor RB I and RB II team members
• Ability to independently complete transactions and platform services
• Ability to execute complex account openings and transactions independently
• Demonstrated judgement and reliability

Responsibilities

• Develops rapport with customers and greets them by name
• Provide excellent customer care for daily transactions and inquiries
• Process deposits, loan payments, cash verification and checks
• Safeguard customer confidentiality
• Comply with laws, regulations, policies and procedures
• Complete learning activities and participate in coaching sessions
• Open/close Banking Center and lead meetings
• Introduce and advise on deposit and loan products
• Identify referrals to other business lines
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and request development support
• Assist with home equity loan applications
• Engage in community activities
• Provide overrides and mentoring for RB I & II staff
