Responsibilities

• Develops rapport with customers, greeting customers by name and understanding account ownership.
• Provide excellent customer care for daily transactions, inquiries, and problem resolution.
• Performs basic banking transactions including deposits, loan payments, check cashing and money orders.
• Safeguards customer trust and confidentiality.
• Develop knowledge of bank's products and services and seek assistance for growth.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete learning activities timely and participate in meetings and coaching sessions.
• Participate in community groups and events.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
