Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Prior customer relationship building experience.
• Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops rapport with customers, greeting customers by name, understanding account ownership types and authority.
• Provides excellent customer care to customers relative to daily transactions and inquiries.
• Performs banking transactions including deposits and loan payments, check cashing, money orders, and savings bond redemptions.
• Introduces and advises on deposit and consumer loan products to meet customer needs.
• Identifies referrals to other business lines (Investment Services, TAM, Commercial, Treasury Management, etc.).
• Maintains knowledge of product and service offerings including Online Banking, BillPay, debit cards.
• Assists customers in preparing loan applications for home equity and personal loans.
• Upholds customer confidentiality and complies with regulations.
