This role emphasizes rapport building, accurate cash handling, deposits and payments, problem resolution, and adherence to policies; NMLS and Notary eligibility are preferred, with education: associates or better.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Eligible for Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration.
• Eligible for Notary Public commission.

Responsibilities

• Builds rapport with customers and handles inquiries with care.
• Performs deposits, loan payments, check cashing and money orders.
• Protects customer confidentiality and upholds bank policies.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and seeks training.
• Participates in meetings and community activities.
• Complies with laws, regulations, and internal procedures.
