Job summary

Huntington Bank’s branch-based Financial Relationship Banker role focuses on delivering outstanding service to consumer and business customers. You will retain and grow relationships by understanding financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products.

You will educate customers on online and mobile banking, deepen partnerships across bank areas, and stay current with products, policies and security requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service and sales in banking or related fields.
• Background check with fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 1 year of sales or banking experience.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educating customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking and referring to other bank areas.
• Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies; adhering to risk and regulatory procedures.
