Citizens seeks an outgoing branch associate who thrives on helping customers. You’ll build lasting relationships by offering trusted financial advice and guiding clients through everyday banking, loans, and investments. You’ll promote digital tools like mobile banking and an app to simplify tasks.

You’ll work with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners to tailor solutions, make outbound calls, and schedule checkups. Expect a dynamic schedule and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
• Comfort with using digital banking tools and apps.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions and guidance.
• Provide recommendations for spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Help customers open accounts, cards and digital banking options.
• Collaborate with partners to meet complex financial needs.
• Follow all policies, cash handling, and regulatory requirements.
