Citizens Bank in Pennsylvania is seeking a friendly Bank Teller who will serve customers, build relationships, and provide trusted advice on everyday financial needs.

You will help customers with deposits and withdrawals, introduce digital banking, collaborate with branch partners, and schedule checkups while following all policies and procedures.

This role requires high school or GED, strong communication, and a passion for service; weekend and evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
• Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including pre-employment checks and NMLS ID.
• Qualified candidates must complete a video interview assessment after applying.
