Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients; guide traffic and provide a high-touch experience.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate clients on products and digital features; refer to specialists as needed.
• Escalate non-standard issues and ensure compliant, risk-aware outcomes.
• Protect client relationships by maintaining data integrity and following AML/regulatory standards.
