Job summary

Citizens Bank in Ardmore, PA is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Banking Associate to be the face of the branch and help customers with everyday banking needs.

You’ll use strong communication and problem-solving skills to recommend financial solutions, support spending, saving, borrowing and investing goals, and encourage digital banking through our app and ATMs. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success in building relationships and recommending products and services.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted advice and handle customer inquiries at the branch.
• Assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Refer customers to Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking when appropriate.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies, cash handling rules, and regulatory requirements.
