Job summary

TD in Philadelphia is hiring for a Client Service Teller role focused on delivering friendly, accurate everyday banking services while guiding clients to appropriate solutions. The role acts as the hospitality ambassador at the branch and supports consumer product needs.

You will handle routine transactions, educate customers on digital tools, and refer complex needs to specialists, maintaining compliance and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and inquiries.
• Delivers accurate, everyday banking transactions and deepens client relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities.
• Ensures compliance with policies and AML regulations in daily activities.
• Opens and maintains consumer accounts and refers clients to specialists as needed.
