Job summary

The role emphasizes handling routine service requests, supporting sales goals, advising on lending options, staying compliant with policies, and sometimes stepping into teller duties. Weekend or extended hours and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment and related background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional travel.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client service and sales support for deposits, credit, and other products.
• Help meet service and sales targets by expanding and retaining client relationships.
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing sales training.
• Enhance knowledge of sales techniques and products through meetings and training.
