Job summary

Truist seeks a customer-focused professional in Dallas to deliver exceptional service in person and over the phone. You will identify financial solutions through consultative conversations and referrals, while supporting teller duties when needed.

Responsibilities include expanding client relationships, meeting service and sales goals, and coordinating with specialists to address complex financial goals. The role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provides industry leading client service in person and by phone while developing client relationships.
• Cross trains to perform teller duties as needed.
• Offers deposit, credit, and other product services to meet client needs, referring to specialists as appropriate.
• Supports sales targets through consultative conversations and relationship expansion.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies.
