Job summary

Extraco Corporation in Waco is seeking a Relationship Banker to build lasting customer relationships, open and manage accounts, and drive business growth through referrals to mortgage, wealth management and insurance teams.

You will be the face of the bank, deliver exceptional service, handle cash and teller transactions, document services, and help customers use digital banking tools while working with branch teams to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 4 year degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
• Safely and accurately handle cash, coins, and negotiable instruments, following cash-handling procedures.
• Open and service various checking and savings accounts, documenting services.
• Hold conversations with customers to understand their financial needs and identify product opportunities.
• Refer customers to mortgage, wealth management and insurance.
• Onboard new customers through follow-up routines to ensure successful use of products.
• Utilize digital banking tools and assist customers with virtual tellers and mobile app usage.
