• Open and service various checking and savings accounts.
• Discuss financial needs and advise product recommendations.
• Provide service via SWARM Banking approach with personalized greetings.
• Contribute to monthly sales and service metrics.
• Refer customers to mortgage, wealth management and insurance teams.
• Onboard new customers through follow-up routines for product adoption.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and assist with tech issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
