• Open and service checking and savings accounts and document services.
• Identify opportunities to recommend suitable banking products.
• Provide exceptional service using SWARM Banking approach, greeting customers by name.
• Refer customers to mortgage, wealth management and insurance teams.
• Onboard new customers and guide them to use digital banking tools.
• Support branch goals by contributing to monthly sales and service metrics.
