Job summary

Extraco Corporation is seeking a Relationship Banker in Waco to establish and nurture customer relationships, open and manage accounts, and drive growth through referrals to sales departments. You will be the face of the bank, delivering exceptional service while meeting financial needs and supporting branch operations across locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 4-year degree strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience required.
• 3 years of cash handling experience strongly preferred.
• 2 years retail banking experience strongly preferred.
• Experience opening accounts for Small Business customers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
• Safely and accurately handle cash, coins, and negotiable instruments, following procedures.
• Open and service checking and savings accounts, documenting services.
• Identify opportunities to make product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Refer customers to mortgage, wealth management and insurance.
