Job summary

Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, identifying product opportunities, and coordinating with mortgage, wealth management, and insurance teams. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience required.
• Banking knowledge and compliance awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
• Safely and accurately handle cash, coins, and negotiable instruments, following cash-handling procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Open and service checking and savings accounts, documenting services performed.
• Hold conversations with customers to understand needs and identify product opportunities.
• Refer customers to mortgage, wealth management and insurance departments.
• Onboard new customers through follow-up to ensure proper product use.
• Utilize digital banking tools and assist customers with online/mobile banking.
