Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days, including NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed.
• Weekend and extended hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and advanced sales functions.
• Contribute to meeting client service and branch sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend sales training and product knowledge sessions.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies.
• Provide friendly service and assist with teller transactions.
