Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• 0-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating.
• Working knowledge of all products and services.
• Keeps current with all systems used for branch transaction processing.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion, using available tools.
• Evaluates client needs and offers appropriate financial products and services through needs-based conversations.
• Perform routine teller transactions like deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and other transactions.
• Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
• Aim to achieve or exceed both individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies; meet/exceed audits and evaluations.
• Assist with supervision of banking center colleagues, offering coaching and onboarding new bankers.
