Job summary

Santander is seeking a Banking Center Relationship Banker 2 in Barrington, RI, to help customers with their financial needs through needs-based conversations, deposits, loans, and other services. Qualifications

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred
• 0-2 years supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating
• Working knowledge of all bank products and services
• Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Responds to customers' needs with accurate, timely service and needs-based recommendations
• Evaluates client needs and offers appropriate financial products and services
• Performs routine teller transactions and supports branch operations
• Supports segmentation and growth initiatives to achieve sales, service, and profitability goals
• Maintains compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies
• Assists with supervision and onboarding of banking center colleagues
