Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent - Required.

• 3+ Years Experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment - Required.
• 12+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or consultative relationship sales role - Required.
• 12+ Months Experience Santander related to essential functions - Required.
• 12+ Months Customer service experience in high volume environment - Required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by cross-selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs and provide solutions.
• Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calls, and community engagement.
• Meet financial needs of customers including transactional and servicing needs.
• Ensure elevated customer experience with personalized, seamless service.
• Engage customers via digital platforms to educate on self-service options.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person, phone, or digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals; support nearby branches as needed.
