Qualifications

• 12+ months demonstrated Santander experience related to the essential functions of Relationship Banker role.
• 12+ months customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Established relationship-building skills with focus on customer experience and loyalty.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Proven track record in sales and cross-selling products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and cross-selling various banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively prospect for new clients via networking, referrals, lead calling, and community engagement.
• Meet the financial needs of customers including transactional, servicing, and product.
• Ensure an elevated customer experience with personalized, seamless service.
• Engage customers through digital platforms to enhance interactions and educate on self-service options.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person, over the phone, or digitally.
