Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, to tailor product features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while complying with regulations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses – if not held, must obtain within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to our team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
