Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience selling products in incentive-based environment required.
• 12+ months experience in retail banking sales or related role with proven results.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to Relationship Banker duties preferred.
• 12+ months customer service experience in high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by cross-selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, and community engagement.
• Meet customers' financial needs including transactional, servicing, and product requirements.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person, over the phone, or via digital channels.
