Job summary

Hancock Whitney is seeking a motivated Financial Center Sales & Service Associate in Hammond, LA to grow client relationships and drive banking solutions. You will meet with clients in person, via phone, and at community events to understand financial needs and present tailored products and services.

You will assess opportunities, refer to specialists, educate on digital banking, and help manage a sales pipeline to achieve goals while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and risk

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and client service experience required.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree may be substituted with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to form, expand, and deepen client relationships.
• Working knowledge of applicable banking products, services, and regulations.
• NMLS registration under SAFE Act required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships through meetings, calls, events.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and tailor solutions.
• Refer clients to partners and experts for specialized needs.
• Educate clients on self-service and digital banking options.
• Drive sales conversations and manage a pipeline to meet goals.
• Leverage partnerships to acquire and retain relationships.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and servicing.
• Manage lobby experience and direct clients to resources.
• Support risk management by following policies.
• Work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
