Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of banking experience including business and personal account opening.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve consumer and small business customers by opening new accounts.
• Proactively reach out to current customers by phone to deepen relationships and recommend products/services.
• Complete documentation to establish and maintain new accounts.
• Process routine financial transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks).
• Work with partners and branch employees to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Perform account maintenance activities.
• Partner with other business units in sales and service activities.
