Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Salem, OR to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels.

You will assess banking needs, explain deposits and loans, and open accounts while building trust and delivering a digital-first client experience. You will also educate clients on digital tools, collaborate with the branch team, and participate in sales campaigns to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to engage and communicate with clients effectively.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with retail products and services and digital self-service tools.
