Responsibilities

• Open new consumer and small business accounts.
• Proactively reach out to customers by phone to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
• Complete documentation to establish and maintain accounts.
• Process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks) in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Perform account maintenance and participate in sales/service activities with other business units.

The right candidate will value integrity and trust whether building relationships in person or over the phone.
