Qualifications

• 2+ years banking experience including business and personal account opening.

Responsibilities

• Serve consumer and small business customers by opening new accounts
• Proactively reach out to current customers by phone to deepen relationships and recommend products/services
• Completes documentation to establish and maintain new accounts
• Processes routine financial transactions quickly and accurately (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks)
• Works with partners and branch employees to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Perform account maintenance activities
• Partner with other business units in sales and service activities as appropriate
