Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service and sales in banking or related field.
• Background check requirements including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year in customer service, banking, or business-to-business sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build partnerships.
• Educate customers on how to use bank technology (online, mobile, ATM).
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
