Responsibilities

Promotes sales by greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads and outbound calls.
Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services.
Identifies and achieves weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
Integrate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers and applicants.
Execute completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships per consumer bank standards.
Perform routine teller operations and other tasks per policies.
Carry out additional duties and projects as assigned.
Act as risk manager per F.N.B. risk management program.
