Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales experience
• Background check with fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
• Grow customer relationships through proactive outreach and referrals
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking tools
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies
