Formación

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of sales, client service, or retail experience; banking experience preferred
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act required; background check

Responsabilidades

• Build, manage, and retain client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative conversations.
• Serve as trusted advisor, matching financial products to client goals.
• Educate clients on self-service and digital banking solutions (mobile, online, ATMs).
• Process routine financial center transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments).
• Manage lobby activity, greet clients, and ensure a positive experience.
• Refer clients to internal partners for mortgages, business banking, and investments.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to reach branch goals.
• Uphold risk management, compliance, and security standards.
• Participate in community outreach and business development to expand client base.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and potential risk indicators to ensure safety.
