Responsibilities

• Educate clients on self-service and digital banking for 24/7 access.
• Process routine financial center transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments).
• Greet and guide clients, monitor risk, ensure a positive experience.
• Refer clients to internal partners for specialized needs (mortgage, investments).
• Develop a strong sales pipeline to support branch growth.
• Uphold risk, compliance, and security standards.
