Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker in the United States. You will help both consumer and business customers achieve their financial goals by preserving and expanding relationships, identifying needs, and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking solutions.

You will provide excellent service, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and maintain knowledge of products, policies, and risk controls while collaborating with internal partners to deepen

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1 year of customer service and sales in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales, or B2B sales experience or military service in a related role.
• Licenses require fingerprints under NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year in related customer service and sales enhances candidacy.
• Strong ability to build, deepen and retain customer relationships.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills and presentation abilities.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking technology.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers about banking products and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Educate customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
