Job summary

Truist — a trusted financial partner — seeks a Relationship Banker to expand client relationships and provide exceptional service both in person and by phone. You will consult with clients to offer financial solutions and referrals to partners for growth, while supporting teller duties as needed.

The role requires strong communication, sales ability, and the flexibility to travel for staffing needs, with weekend/extended hours as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships; refer to partners for growth.
• Cross-trained to perform required teller duties as needed.
• Meet or exceed client service and sales targets.
• Conduct consultative conversations to identify financial goals.
• Handle teller transactions and greet clients in-branch.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
