Job summary

The Truist Financial Corporation branch in Mullica Hill, NJ, is hiring a Customer Service/ Teller Associate dedicated to delivering an industry-leading client experience. You will develop and expand client relationships, discuss financial solutions, and refer complex needs to internal specialists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability.
