Job summary

Truist in Boyertown, PA is seeking a client-focused banking associate to deliver exceptional service in-person and by phone. You will build and expand client relationships, offer financial solutions, and coordinate referrals to partners for growth. You may be cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed to support branch goals.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and compliance with regulatory standards, with weekend/extended hours as needed and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides industry leading client service in person and on the phone, developing and expanding client relationships.
• Offers financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals to partners.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Contributes to meeting branch sales targets through relationship development.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies.
