Job summary

TD is seeking a customer-focused Teller in Tinton Falls, NJ to provide accurate and efficient everyday banking services. You will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through transactions, educating on products, and referring to partners when appropriate.

The role requires strong communication,Organization, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Notary license is preferred, with potential growth within Personal & Commercial Banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients or in related roles.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Notary License preferred or a willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients; manage client flow and deliver a high-touch experience.
• Perform everyday banking transactions accurately while identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve options and refer to appropriate partners when needed.
• Handle a broad range of transactions within established limits and escalate non-standard issues.
