You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, delivering exceptional hospitality while complying with regulatory requirements and internal risk standards. This role supports branch growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and risk awareness.
• HS diploma or GED or foreign equivalence.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses required; licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
