Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ banking or client service experience with cash handling.
• Excellent client service skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and build long-term relationships with clients, offering deposit, loans, and electronic services.
• Open bank accounts and oversee transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and answer client inquiries.
• Promote and cross-sell retail bank loans, deposits, and electronic services.
• Coordinate with sales and lending teams to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
• Support security procedures and compliance with regulations.
