Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy.
• Address client questions and resolve service challenges.
• Onboard new clients with timely follow-up by mail and phone.
• Collaborate with business development and lending teams to grow client base.
• Maintain knowledge of internal audits, regulations, and policies.
