Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration and Life licenses are required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with experts.
