Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience in banking, client service, or related field with cash handling experience.
• Ability to perform lending, sales, or account management.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
• Data entry into banking software and Microsoft 365 with high accuracy.
• Demonstrates strong decision making, critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and build long-term client relationships and offer appropriate products and services.
• Open bank accounts for clients and manage account transactions.
• Process banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Answer inquiries and resolve service challenges for clients.
• Maintain follow-up with clients to onboard new accounts.
• Collaborate with business development and lending teams to gain new clients.
• Adhere to internal audits, laws, policies, and privacy regulations.
• Provide information on rates, fees, and account details while ensuring disclosure compliance.
